Pasture-raised beef and goat from a family farm that puts the landscape first.
Zintara Farm is a family run farm located 1.5 hours north of Melbourne running beef and goats. We prioritise landscape health above all and we use our animals as agents in this process. We believe that the food we eat does not have to compromise between our own nourishment and care for the landscape. The best farming achieves both: landscape management that produces healthier, more delicious food, and food production that enhances the ecology of which it is a part. Our farming practice is free from the use of pesticide, herbicide, fertiliser, irrigation and tillage (among others). Our cattle are pasture raised and our goats are living their best life chewing their way through our invasive weeds. We love to talk food and farming which is why we love coming to farmers markets!
