Yarraville Farmers Market runs at Bassett Reserve on the fourth Sunday of every month, with our launch market on Sunday 27 September 2026. Entry is free. Bring a bag and an appetite.

An open, leafy reserve sitting right where Yarraville, Kingsville and West Footscray meet, just up from the Somerville Road and Geelong Road corner. Basically Yarraville, whatever the postcode says.

8am to 1pm
A Sunday morning market, so it will not clash with the Saturday markets you already love. Free entry, no tickets, no fuss.

Yarraville Farmers Market is predominantly fresh food, where farmers, growers and local specialty producers sell directly to the public. Everything is sold by the person who grew or made it, so no wholesalers and no resellers. One simple standard: it must be genuinely good. Fresh, local, Australian-made. No exceptions. More about us →

Victorian-grown fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers, direct from growers who know their soil.
Quality Meats & Dairy
Pasture-raised, ethically farmed. Butchers and producers who can tell you the story behind every cut.
Bread & Baked Goods
Sourdough, pastries and baked goods from local bakers who wake earlier than us all.
Dairy, Eggs & Pantry
Pasture-raised eggs, local dairy, honey, home-made preserves, oils, condiments and pantry staples.
Specialty Pours
Small-batch, artisanal and craft beverages worth seeking out.
Hot Food & Coffee
Coffee roasted close to home, plus hot food worth queueing for. Eat while you shop, or stay a while.

Plenty to discover, every market.
We want every visit to be worth the trip, so we build the market around variety and range. Fresh, seasonal produce and the staples you rely on, sitting next to something you have not tried before. Every stallholder brings something distinctive, and as the market grows we will welcome additional producers and makers whenever there's demand to support them.
Our growers and makers deserve a fair go at a good day, every market, with enough shoppers to make the trip worthwhile. You should be able to walk the market and find plenty to explore, from your regular favourites to things you cannot get anywhere else, all fresh, sustainable and sold by the person who grew or made them. That is what brings people back the fourth Sunday of every month.
