Bromley's Bread is a family owned and operated business. Their baking journey started at Farmers Markets and continues to be a core part of the business. It's just Jenny, Scott, and a whole lot of kids that they employ to support the growing demand for their delicious and wholesome baked goods.
Bromley's breads and pastries only use single origin sustainable wheat and butter, with all ingredients sourced locally where they can.
The magic of Bromley's Bread is in the traditional bakery craft they make and bake with: "very hands on with no machinery, everything is folded and shaped by hand and everything takes a long time to produce," says Scott.
