After nearly twenty years in the corporate world, Silvia took the leap to bring authentic Peruvian desserts to Melbourne. Everything is handmade using recipes inspired by the flavours she grew up with in Peru.
Her stall is where those stories get shared, from alfajores and churro cookies to layered dulce de leche desserts. For many people it is their first taste of Peru, and Silvia loves watching that first bite land.
