Little Rabbit Cookies is Julia's answer to a real problem: how hard it is to find good, freshly baked gluten-free treats. When her daughter was diagnosed as coeliac, her passion grew, and she reworked trusted family recipes to be entirely gluten free.
The result is proper sweet treats that happen to be gluten free, from brownies and caramel slice to cupcakes, sponge slices and raspberry choc shortbreads.
