Nicolas Olive Oil comes from the Nicolas family's olive grove in Dimboola, in Victoria's Wimmera. They press extra virgin olive oil and cure marinated Kalamata olives the traditional way.
Like fine wine, each season brings its own subtle character to the oil, shaped by the weather and the land. It is a genuine grove-to-bottle family product.
